Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address associated with your account. Specify whether you want to delete your data, your account, or both. We will process your request within 7 days.

If you want to keep your account but start fresh, you can reset your progress in the app by navigating to Account > Reset Progress. This removes:
- Saved scripture passages and collections
- Practice history and progress data
- Experience points and level progression
- Due dates and memorization status
Your account and group memberships remain intact.
Option 2: Delete Your Account and All Data
To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it, navigate to Account > Delete Account in the app. This removes:
- Everything listed above, plus
- Your user profile and account information
- Group memberships and associated data
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
